Most titles are $34.95 to $41.95 for Basic online access. A few are $24.95, and a handful of longer titles are $49.95. Every price is published on the title's page in the catalog, and it is the price students pay.
What is included with Basic?
The full textbook in the FlatWorld eReader, FlatWorld Homework, SmartHelper, integrated quizzes, and notes and highlights. There is no separate access code and nothing to add for homework.
What does the Standard package add?
A downloadable PDF for offline reading, an audiobook in 32+ languages, and chapter-by-chapter podcasts where available. On most titles Standard is Basic plus $20.00, so $54.95 to $61.95.
Can students get a printed copy?
Yes. A color printed textbook can be added to Basic or Standard for $27.00 on most titles, and some titles offer a black-and-white print for $25.00. Print always comes with online access, so students keep homework and SmartHelper.
Is FlatWorld Homework free?
For students it is included in every package at no extra charge. For instructors it comes with the adoption, including the gradebook and LMS integration.
Do instructors or departments pay for anything?
No. Examination copies, instructor supplements, the homework system, and rep-built customization all come with adoption at no cost.
Why do prices vary by title?
Each title is priced on its own, based on its length and the resources built into it. The spread is narrow: 105 of the 115 titles in the catalog sit between $34.95 and $41.95 for Basic access.
